We learned all about adjectives last week and then described a turkey on Friday!

 We each made an addition chain!  They got to choose their own number and number sentence.   They had so much fun doing this!

We made Stone Soup!  Last Friday we read an old folktale, Stone Soup, and then retold the story as we made it.  We added all the ingredients.  Even a stone!  Don't worry, it was very clean.  We let it cook all day and then ate it.  Well, some of us. 

There were a few friends who wanted the recipe and I told them I would let you all know if you wanted to make it at home with them.

One can of:

peas

potatoes

corn

tomatos

carrots

green beans

tomato sauce (small)

1 stone

salt and pepper
