A couple of weeks ago we discussed what a contribution was as we studies two leaders who are important to Texas.

We started writing fairy tales and imaginative writing.  First we had to talk about the different components a fairly tale has.

 What is a preposition?  We used one of our favorite characters to help us understand better.

 Aaron was our most recent Cat's Meow.  Here are a few of his favorite things!

 This past week we started our study on Eric Carle.  We are also getting ready for Open House with lots of projects so I wont be posting many pictures.  We want you to be surprised at Open House!

We started our finance unit in math.  We discussed the difference between a need and a want.  Next week we will discuss the difference between a gift and income.

We had a BLAST at Safety Town!  Thanks to all of the parents who volunteered and helped our little drivers off the sidewalks. :)
